Frequently Asked Questions Wondering Where to Start?
We’ve Got You.

Here are answers to the most common questions we receive from new visitors. If you don’t find what you’re looking for—reach out. We’re here.

What is Conscious Living?

Conscious Living means aligning your thoughts, actions, and choices with your values, inner wisdom, and the greater good. It’s about waking up to your true nature, growing into your purpose, healing what no longer serves, and showing up in the world with intention and care. You can probably think of many times that you have thought or said something, and hey it came to be!

What is the Five Circles Model?

Our Five Circles of Conscious Living represent five core aspects of a whole and thriving life:
Spiritual Practice & Presence
Learning & Growth
Community & Relationships
Sacred Service & Contribution
Purpose & Prosperity (Living Your Design)
These circles interweave to support individual transformation and collective evolution.

Is this available to everyone?

Our community is open to all—spiritual but not religious, interfaith, seekers, skeptics, and everyone in between. We honor universal truths found across traditions and encourage inner exploration over outer dogma.

How can I get involved?

You can start by:
Exploring resources (blog, meditations, music)
Joining an event or workshop
Volunteering in one of the circles
Contributing your gifts through our conscious exchange model
Start where you feel called. There’s no one path—just the next right step for you.

Is this a membership-based group?

We are a not for profit organisation that is regulated under Australian legislation. We are not a “membership” organisation in the traditional sense. nstead, we’re a living, breathing community of practice. Participation is based on resonance, contribution, and shared values—not obligation.

What do you mean by ‘Conscious Exchange’?

Conscious Exchange is a value-based system that goes beyond transactional giving. It honors energy, time, talent, and financial resources equally. You might contribute by offering a skill, mentoring others, donating, or helping organize events—each gift is valued.

Are your offerings online or in person?

Both. We have online programs, courses, and resources—as well as occasional in-person retreats, meet-ups, and sacred service days. Check our Events Page or Connect Page for what’s current.

Can children or families be part of this?

Absolutely. We believe conscious living starts early and is enriched in community. We offer family-friendly events, kids’ spiritual resources, and welcome all ages to explore together.

How is this different from a traditional spiritual center or church?

We operate more like a conscious living ecosystem than a top-down institution. Leadership is shared, decisions are made collaboratively, and each person is seen as a co-creator of the community’s evolution.
